Features:
HostPapa keep things simple by offering just one hosting plan but making this unlimited to cater for everyone. Hosting features include soholaunch website builder which is adequate and includes some template and gives the option to upgrade to a bigger range of templates.
Their infrastructure allows for streaming media and they utilize multi-homed OC48 and Gigabit fiber connections. Also you will see they use 100% green energy which is a cool feature if you are a green company with green values.
Summary:
In our opinion HostPapa are a reliable web hosting company who keep things simple with one plan and cPanel etc and at a decent price. Not the best customer support and uptime but certainly one of the top 10 in the industry. Read The Rest Of This Review

I have been using Hostpapa for over a year and they are excellent. Server speed and uptime is way better than my last hosting firm and their staff are always warm and inviting when I need help. I would highly recommend them (and they are Green too).

I launched my e-commerce website in Feb. 2003 and overall, I have had nothing but good service from Host Papa. And, they are extrememly reasonablly priced. I would recommend this host to anyone!
Easy to Use

I think Host Papa is excellent. I built my website with their free site builder and it was so easy. I also received a little bit of help from their tech support when i had questions about my account and and they were extremely nice. My website came out to look really good. I recommend Host Papa to everyone i know.

The downtime is horrific. Do not use these guys. They're even trying to charge me to move my domain name away!
