Undoubtbly 1 & 1 provide one of the best services in the UK however it comes at a price making them one of the most expensive on the internet.
Features:
All web hosting plans come with an assortment of freebies including 100 free business cards, a years rate point membership and the 1 & 1 software suite. Things seem a little less generous when we look at features & pricing with the highest package giving users a measly 20GB disk space. At almost £30 a month 1 & 1 seems a little less attractive. On the lighter side 1 & 1 does provide users with an extensive set of tools inside their exclusive 1 & 1 control panel, from site builders to in-depth traffic analyzers you can rest assure you're getting value for money on the features side of things.
Summary:
1 & 1 goes beyond most other web hosts in terms of features and services however they seem to have lost their way with pricing. With webhosting providers everywhere offering unlimited plans, 1 & 1 is leaving itself behind reluctant to open up. Read The Rest Of This Review

1&1 offers a pretty good package. I don't need a lot of storage space, so I haven't run into issues with that yet it might be something to consider when choosing a web hosting service. Overall, I've been satisfied with their service.
User Friendly

Just Host utilizes a really user friendly control panel called. cPanel. Cpanel give sme the ability to configure e-mail accounts, website statistics and database administration. It's really helped me implement my website.
Not a happy customer

I have been a customer for 8 months. I am not sure what all the hoopla is, because every month my site has problems. I would change, but I am convinced that all webhosts are the same. When your site works its great when it doesn't its crap. Its too much trouble to change. But just because this site is rated high don't be fooled that it is trouble free. My site has been down for over 24 hours, but they are working on it. That's great. Of course it took 23 hours for them to admit its their problem and they will have it fix in a few more hours. I have been fighting it all day with the understanding the problem was mine.

Do not use these guys they are shocking. Their billing system is a complete mess and they keep billing long after you have cancelled accounts.
